It has a combined bedroom /sitting room with electric blankets on a super comfy queen size bed and a 50 inch smart TV. French doors lead outside to your own secluded garden area. The guest suite is connected to the main house but has its own private entrance and garden area so you wont see the homeowner during your stay unless you message for any assistance..

The ferry terminal for Stewart Island is only a short walk away, as is 4 Square supermarket, restaurant, takeaway's and pubs. Foveaux Walkway & Stirling Point is also walkable or a 2 min drive.

Waterfront Cottage Bluff

Waterfront Cottage is a beautifully restored 1920s 3-bedroom bungalow 25 metres from the ocean. The cottage has just undergone a full update including double glazing, new carpets and a new heat pump insuring a warm comfortable stay regardless of the weather. There is high speed fibre internet that can be boosted to over 1000mbs if required for work stays and a 50inch TV in the lounge area. Both the master bedroom and the lounge feature unobstructed views out over the water.

Welcome to Anne Street a small but perfectly formed standalone house. Newly renovated and super stylish - Scandi with a nod to the 70's. Fully fenced and private in a great location. Anne Street is a quick 20 minute walk to the central city and a 10 minute walk to our favorite restaurant Buster Crabb. There is bike and walking tracks right across the road and a small park for the children. This special wee house has a really great feel - we think you'll love it!

Please note breakfast is not provided, although we do have a few treats for our guests. Peter & I live next door and happy to help with queries etc. Just a few minutes from the Windsor shops, including New World. The main shops are only 10 minutes away, as is most of Invercargill!
