Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

Turtle Beach Cottage is a newly renovated waterfront beach house with swimming pool and spectacular water views. You can see dolphins from the deck and there are koalas nearby. Three bedrooms and two extra queen sofa beds, modern kitchen and bathroom, large laundry, games room with foosball, table, Netflix and Wii gaming console. Entertainer's delight with huge deck with water views and BBQ. It's 50 metres from historic Tanilba House just metres from a beach famous for its incredible sunsets.

The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

The accommodation is set amongst Paperbark trees (once part of the surrounding Tomaree national park), a short stroll from the crystal waters of One Mile beach. A luxury cottage with two bedrooms, fully self contained, Resort/Tropical setting that sleeps up to to 4 people. A Bunkhouse (no a/c, fan only) with pool table, Darts, entertainment system and a bunkroom that sleeps up to 5 people. Ideal for large groups or two families with teenagers.
