It has large patio doors which open onto a good sized private patio, with comfortable furniture, bbq and fire pit where the river views can be enjoyed. Off road parking is provided to guests.

Treetops is a lovely recently renovated modern first floor flat with two bedrooms. The flat has an open plan kitchen diner living area make it perfect for families with children and dogs! The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!

Watch the boats go by from the front terrace, in the open plan living space or from your bedroom window. You can also relax on the comfy sofas by the log burner or enjoy drinks in the 'Mini Bolthole', your very own summerhouse with it's own electricity and wifi. The Bolthole is a 100 yard walk from Caffa Mill car park and there are steps to reach the property.

The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Riverside is a gorgeous period cottage with stunning views in Fowey. It's in a great location very close to the centre, car parking and slipway. Ideal for water activities, restaurants, shopping and beaches! We have stunning water vistas from all rooms and beautiful outside areas. Plenty of storage in the basement for your outdoor activities. The cottage has recently been renovated to a high standard, whilst maintaining all its beamed, period charm and character.

Situated on the River Fowey, a welcoming, dog- friendly cottage available to book for over 18’s only. Paddle board, kayak, crabbing or fishing all possible straight off the terrace. Swimming not permitted. Private steps to the foreshore give access to some beach at low tide. Alternatively, just sit and watch life go by from the waterside terrace or the two fabulous window seats. Excellent shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants & car parks just a stroll away.
