Enclosed private beach front garden, two outdoor dining areas, private parking in secure beachfront low level two story development. Ce studio indépendant, chez l'habitant, est idéalement situé à 200 mètres d’une belle forêt propice aux promenades, mais également à proximité de nombreuses attractions; sites culturels, restaurants, shopping, plages…tout est à quelques tours de roues ! C’est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer après une journée de visites ou à la plage. Le studio confortable est entièrement équipé avec un grand lit double, une salle de bains, une kitchenette et une terrasse donnant sur un petit jardin paisible.
