The villa is beautifully presented with new furniture and a 70-inch smart T.V for your enjoyment, with open plan living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs (sleeps 6 guests). “Robyn’s Nest” 100m walk to waterfront

Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

This unit is upstairs only, downstairs unit is private property. With 2 bedrooms this unit does accommodate a maximum of 7-8 guests, with 2 guests on the fold out lounge. There is a great deck off the kitchen with a BBQ for entertaining. The kitchen is fully self contained with a fridge and box freezer, gas stove/oven and all dish ware, own bathroom with shower, Great quiet location. Villa Calabria is self contained accommodation sitting alongside our home on our 1/2 acre property. Nestled in the peaceful surrounds of pineapple farms & the Glass House Mountains. Security camera are in place 1) the carport (guest parking) 2) private residence front stairs 3) private residence rear deck 4) back yard. Use of pool subject to availability. NO cameras in the guest accommodation. Booker must be a staying guest.
