This quiet and unique one bed apartment is a fantastic base to explore Edinburgh. Only 10 mins walk to the city centre with galleries, museums and shopping, also bus and train stations and of course Edinburgh Castle, not to mention a five minute walk to The Edinburgh Playhouse. Pilrig is also well placed for visiting nearby Leith, with the Royal Yacht Britannia and some lovely restaurants. This main door apartment is very quiet and offers extremely comfortable accommodation. There is a spacious newly renovated bathroom including a bath and shower. The kitchen/living/dining is compact but fully equipped including a washing machine. There is also a private outside decking area to enjoy. The apartment has a private parking space directly outside, and we are also only a one minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch a bus to anywhere in the city. Free Wifi and a Smart TV with freeview are also inlcuded. All towels and linen are supplied.

Welcome to my beautiful, tranquil and spacious flat in the heart of Leith. My apartment is newly decorated and fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. It has been designed and curated to include all my favourite things for you to enjoy! A 10 minute walk to central Edinburgh, and a 2 minute walk from the tram stop, the flat is well connected. The neighbourhood itself is gorgeous, trendy and hip - with lots of independent restaurants, coffee and brunch spots you can explore.

Flat you will have on your own. 20 minute walk to Edinburgh Waverly Station. 5 minute walk to great cafés, restaurants and bars on Leith walk. Parking charges Mon-Fri 8:30 - 17:30 Trams stop a five minute walk. Will take you to most places in Edinburgh (including airport) One room will be locked but unoccupied. Comfortable and bright art flat, lots of plants!

My flat is close to loads of cool and quirky bars and restaurants, has a tram stop nearby and is a very simple, one street route to the city centre, so no getting lost on your way! You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the art work, the vibrant surrounding area, and the relaxed and homey feel. Central, chic, comfortable double bed & ensuite

Comfortable, good size, private guest suite with double bed, ensuite shower room, large cupboard and wifi, close to the city centre. It is attached to our home but has its own separate entrance. Our home is a main door flat on two levels and the guest suite is on the lower level. Please note, there is no kitchen, but there is a fridge in the cupboard as well as mugs, glasses, kettle, tea, coffee and milk. If you would like to borrow an iron, please let us know.
