'Biddy's Beach House' is moments from the beach in the heart of Sawtell. This luxurious, 3 bedroom beach house is a 2 minute walk to both the beach and Sawtell's main street, featuring cafe's, restaurants, boutique shops and cinema, bars and bakeries. Enjoy spacious, open planned-living. Lounge on the balcony with a coffee or champagne (depending on the time of day) and listen to the ocean. Sawtell is perfect for families with the beach and Boambee reserve providing hours of entertainment.

We have a queen with airconditioning and a twin room with 1 king single and 1 single available. There is a guest bathroom with separate toilet. Set in an established garden the cottage has a private entrance with key pad entry, high ceilings, air-conditioning and bi-fold doors leading onto a leafy deck area. Complete with all modern amenities including wi-fi and Netflix it is perfect for one to two adults. Breakfast supplies including muesli, porridge, milk & fresh fruit provided. This property is not suitable for infants or children.

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
