Great location, 5 minute walk to downtown with its many shops and great restaurants. Private backporch is up in the trees. It's approx 10 minutes to ski at Sugar and Beech Mountain. Five minute walk to Lees-McRae College. Dogs & cats allowed, maximum limit of 2, under 40lbs. Must be clean, nails trimmed, no fleas, well behaved & not bark excessively. $25.00 per pet per day fee.

It is serene and romantic with soothing interior, creative craft and painting, and a 100-mile view of the mountains. The sun rises in your windows and as it sets colors the mountains in magical shades of blues orange yellow and everything in between. It can’t be described it has to be seen and experienced. My favorite place to get away recharge and reconnect.

Cozy Condo 200 Yards from Sugar Mountain Lodge

Our one bedroom is located right on sugar mountain you are within a short waking distance to the bottom of the mountain!! We also provide our guests with a locker (details given at check in) you can leave skis and snowboards so you don't have to walk back and forth with your gear!! You are close to several great restaurants and about 2 miles from the closest grocery store. My husband and I are local so we are available to answer any questions you may have.
