Weaver’s Den, a cosy countryside retreat

Weaver’s Den has a combined kitchen & living area leading out to an enclosed and private dog friendly garden with views. You will have a king sized bed, linens, towels, shower room, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, WI-FI, sofa, dining table & chairs, as well as outdoor furniture. We also provide you with breakfast items such as tea, coffee, bread, milk, eggs and condiments. There are also a few surprises! We also supply two dog bowls. The Den isn’t suitable for infants or children.

Enter through utility room, to neat kitchen with full range of amenities. Spacious lounge, with TV, Sky Q and Wi-Fi. Well equipped bedroom, with king sized bed. En suite bathroom with large jacuzzi bath, and shower. Secure back garden, with heating, Ninja oven, lighting and seating, shared with main house.

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Relax in Mirfield on your own south facing balcony with lovely countryside views. This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

This one bedroom accommodation has central heating, a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a separate lounge area with a Smart TV. DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and free WiFi. The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

The area is safe, green and offers travel such as bus to the Peak District and the city centre. Shops, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

The Annexe

Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.
