THE RUBY is a serene ECO SMART villa nestled in a gated community in the hills, 15 minutes from Ocho Rios and is ideal for families & remote workers. The villa features modern conveniences including 24/7 security, solar power + battery, A/C, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, 2 water tanks, fenced gated back yard, security cameras, workstation with monitors, 4 smart TVs, water filtration, extended patio with a lit pergola, BBQ, basketball arcade & board games. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 2 bedroom Condo on the ocean with an infinity pool. 5 minutes east of Ocho Rios, within walking distance to an oceanfront restaurant, local jerk centre, bar and grocery store. We can host up to four guests. As we have many couples traveling we offer a discounted base rate for two guests and then each additional guest comes with an additional fee up to a maximum of four. For two guests we will often close the second bedroom unless otherwise requested
