Swim in season in the shared pool a few steps away, returning to refresh in an extra-large shower with both rainfall and handheld attachments. Pour a cup of French-press coffee and watch Netflix on the Smart TV from the comfort of the leather sofa. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee pot, french press, baking and cooking-ware, crockpot, all the basics (plates, bowls, glasses, silverware). Guests have private access to the entire unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio. The swimming pool is shared with others living in the complex. I live right down the road and I am typically available if needed. Highway 36 around the corner offers easy access to Boulder and Denver. Shopping and dining are within a couple of minutes, while a mall with movie theater is about 10 minutes away. Young visitors will love the nearby Broomfield Bay Aquatic Park. Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

Cozy stone fireplace, plus wood burning stove, wrap around deck, vaulted ceiling, steam shower, 2 flat screen TV's and granite counters in the kitchen.

Bring the whole family here with lots of room for fun in our newly renovated backyard oasis! In-ground pool (late May-Sept), fire pit, covered patio, poolside bar... what's not to love!? Inside you'll find shuffleboard, a Lego table, ping pong, two living areas, plenty of games and high-speed wi-fi to keep everyone entertained. 20 mins to Coors Field, 10 mins to Denver Premium Outlets, 25 mins to downtown Boulder. Restaurants and shopping nearby. RMNP and ski resorts all within 1-2 hr drive.

Filled with our own personal art & handcrafted woodwork, you will find a lovely place to relax after exploring all the wonder that Boulder has to offer! <1 mile from Whole Foods, Hwy 36/Hwy 119/Foothills Pkwy. 2 miles to Pearl St, 2.5 miles to CU & 3-4 miles to the Boulder Creek and hiking trails. Bike rentals & bus stops 1-2 blocks away. Access to pool & lots of free parking.

Renovated with great light, vaulted ceiling, new deck, and mature trees. A 10-minute walk by a beautiful lake with bird watching and views brings you to the dog-friendly Avery Restaurant Brewery. Smoking & parties are not allowed. Young families are nearby. Dogs are welcome, but strict rules apply. Please read them carefully before booking. A co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage. This is my home 2/3 of the year.
