Blake's Barn, Mattingley Farm

Blake's Barn is named after the Victorian farmer who built it. The stone barn was sympathetically converted in 1993, maintaining the beautiful original features while bringing it up to modern standards. The mezzanine master bedroom overlooks the open plan living area with the vaulted roof providing a unique airy space. A log burner completes the picture. Large sliding doors lead into the private walled garden with a covered dining area. Blake's Barn has been welcoming guests for over since 1993

Sea Drift is a beautiful pied-à-terre. This 2 bedroom Victorian Fisherman's Cottage is tucked away in a Private Mews. Perfect for a couple wanting a quiet weekend away. Nestled in Yarmouth's Conservation Area, Sea Drift is a 2 min walk from the Harbour and Coastal Path. Attention to detail is a prerequisite; the cottage has a light clean ambiance with a wood burner and king size bed. Sailing, beach, boutique shops, buses, taxis and restaurants. The Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in an out of the way location on the coastal path. Peaceful and secluded surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife including red squirrels. Ideal for walkers who enjoy nature and wildlife. There is a quiet beach in easy walking distance where you can find fossils, sea glass and an amazing array of seashells. Due to the out of the way location you ideally need transport to access the nearest shop and pub. 45 mins on foot/7 mins by car.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). If in any doubt about suitability.....please message me before booking. It is perfect for 6 people, but has beds for 8 EV charger. Oct-Mar + Midweek availability message me first please

The Stables NewForest selfcontained with breakfast

The Stables offers a high quality comfortable and unique retreat in the New Forest. It has rustic charm with country modern facilities and is situated in a peaceful rural lane which leads directly onto the forest. It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

The barn conversion is a bright and spacious retreat, enjoying spectacular countryside views from every window, Sunrise and sunset charm. Designed with an upside-down layout to make the most of the stunning surroundings, open-plan living areas are located on the upper floor, creating a light-filled space perfect for relaxing and entertaining. We are only 20 minutes drive from the Needles and even closer to Freshwater Bay and minutes from the Coastal Path. The historic town of Yarmouth has a great choice of places to eat, a Grade 2 listed pier a castle and fabulous views across the Solent. The ferry comes into Yarmouth from Lymington and is a short walk up the hill to our home.
