Soak up the space of the double-height, vaulted atrium hallway and unwind on the snug balcony. - 2 double bedrooms - both with double beds and fully equipped with bed linen and towels - Open Plan Kitchen - fully fitted with dishwasher, toaster and kettle and generous crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - Open Plan ding/living room with dining table and chairs for six, two comfortable sofas and coffee table -Bathroom with roll-top bath, shower cubicle, sink and WC. The Pod is a completely independent first floor apartment accessed via its own courtyard entrance the ground level. Not suitable for disabled access. We respect your privacy. We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

Guest annex in a quiet village close to Cambridge

Detached guest flat located in a quiet village 7 miles or 11 Km - 20 mins by car - from Cambridge city centre. Best suited for two adults on the comfortable double bed and up to two children on the bunk beds. It has an en-suite shower room as well as a mini fridge. We do not serve breakfast but coffee and tea and a few more essentials such as milk, bread, butter, jams orange juice and cereals are provided on arrival. The village is surrounded by open countryside.

The barn has its own central heating, double bedroom, bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and private patio area. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk. Perfect for a couple wanting a rural getaway or anyone working away from home. CLEANING A vigorous and enhanced cleaning program is undertaken between bookings.

The lodge is spacious and you will have access to some of the large garden and field on the property. A great location for venturing into Cambridge or travelling to London. A quiet rural escape. Less than 2 miles away from the historic market town of St.Ives and just 10 miles away from the stunning city of Cambridge this ideally placed bolt hole is in the perfect location for exploring the area. Honey Hill Lodge is fully equipped and sits in a quite corner of the village and nestled in our family garden with lovely views across the lawn and the surrounding fields.
