Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Ehemaliges Künstlerhaus in der Nähe Berlins: Unser Haus mit großem Garten,wurde in den frühen 30er Jahren (URL HIDDEN) ist nahezu im Originalzustand erhalten und strahlt durch die Verwendung von ökologischen Baustoffen und Farben eine helle und warme Atmosphäre aus. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und persöhnlich. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt liegt unser See mit 2 sehr schönen Badestellen. Das Biosphärenreservat Spreewald,das Schlaubetal und Berlin sind ca 1 Stunde entfernt.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
