With access to the beach, onsite farm shop, golf and club house offering a bar and restaurant this beautiful lodge is just perfect for couples to enjoy a romantic break away or a small family who wish to have close access to the beach but with local amenities close by.

Ivy Cottage

The cottage is lovely and spacious and is attached to our house which has an acre of established garden with plenty of space for children. There is an open fire for lovely cosy evenings in and the logs are all supplied. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk into Bridlington town centre. It is a tranquil setting with no traffic noise and can be rented as a one bedroom house or as a double and a twin. The price quoted for 2 adults will be for the use of the main bedroom only.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Our cottage is well equipped and has everything you need, from buckets and spades to umbrellas, to enjoy a wonderful break at the sea.

This property is newly renovated for the 2017 season, it is extremely tidy throughout. All kitchens, furniture and appliances are brand new. I cannot describe how amazing the views are from my place. The lounge and both bedrooms directly overlook the beach, sea and harbour, you couldn't be closer. With the beach, town and Bridlington Spa all within a few minutes walk you won't be short of things to do. An excellent base to enjoy Bridlington or to explore the glorious coasts of East and North Yorkishire.

Our chalet is close to the award-winning sandy beach and family-friendly activities. You’ll love it because of its sunny aspect and the enclosed garden which is great for children and pets. Driftwood is ideal for couples, families (with kids), and pets. There is a glitch in AirBnB booking WE DO take well behaved pets so put '0 pets' on the guest list when asked.
