We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. Nearby is Hansen Park (1 mile away), Crystal Hot Springs (8 miles away), or Golden Spike National Historic Park (32 miles away). We have a family friendly yard equipped with slide, swings, trampoline and pond stocked with fish/turtles. 1 bedroom, toy loft, and a large family room. Additional beds are available.

This suite is part of the new guesthouse portion of our home. Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat on over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.

Comfy queen bed and a full size pull-out couch. Apartment is attached to our home, but it is a completely separate dwelling with its own private entrance/parking area. Shared gym available. 2 bedrooms: king room and bunk room with twin, full, and trundle. 1 bathroom. Access is around back and down about 20 stairs. This is a private basement suite in our home, so you may hear normal household sounds. Fans, white noise machine, and earplugs provided. 2 vehicles max.

Conveniently located near I-15 and I-84, an hour away from major ski resorts. Great place to stay if passing through or staying awhile.
