Experience staying in an 18th century brewery which is part of the privately owned Lower Calbourne Mill, nestled in the village of Newbridge. Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. A perfect escape, ideally placed for walkers and cyclists; the vaulted brewery living space has cosy sofas, a log burner, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table for entertaining.

In the beautiful quiet west wight ,AONB, village of Brighstone is at bottom of downs, close to beaches, furnished to a high standard with Free WiFi 40+mb, cleaned by us, unfortunately we are allergic to fur and feather so no pets. Our only property is detached with own shaded drive with garden, secluded by hedges, secure bike rack. Pub and shops in village easy walking distance.

Beautiful traditional stone house with natural garden visited by owls & red squirrels, no direct views of beach but 5 min walk awayto Brook Bay, well known for dinosaur fossil footprints. 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, with double beds, 1 ensuite & one with bunk beds, There are 2 living rooms, kitchen diner, well stocked. We come here to recharge our batteries, so plenty of toys, games, books & home made damson jam. Located in picturesque village of Brook in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Brummell Barn at Cheverton Farm is full of rustic charm and space for the whole family. Set on our working farm, it’s perfect for special birthdays, or multi-generational breaks. The barn combines modern comfort with character, offering five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a large kitchen-diner. Upstairs, the spacious sitting room has lovely views over the fields. Outside, there’s a private courtyard and guests have access to a heated indoor pool, games room, snooker table and playground.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.
