The Garden Apartment

This beautiful and private garden flat is situated in a quite close in the Withdean area of Brighton, it is a private and self contained apartment. It has parking and an EV charge point. It’s a short walk to Preston park and Preston Park station and is on a main bus route into Brighton with buses 5 and 5a running every 10 minutes. Please be aware, we are not central Brighton. It has its own entrance through to the garden, down 2 sets of steps with handrails and lights to the secluded apartment.

The sitting/dining room is a warm blue with little pops of colour, and has a great view over the garden to relax and have breakfast with. The kitchen and bathroom have a quirky design, and are clean and fresh feeling, having all the amenities you need. The bedroom has a comfortable standard double bed, blackout curtains and lots of hanging space.

It is close to restaurants and bars, there is also a wide selection of shops including 3 supermarkets, Laundry. You’ll love my place because of the comfy small double bed, which has "Emma" memory foam mattress. Bedding and towels, soap and shower gel are provided.
