Sleep soundly on luxury Egyptian linen, and a gorgeous hand sprung mattress, then in the morning, enjoy breakfast on the house; including either artisan breads or fresh croissants, fresh fruit and honey. Feel inspired by the original & quirky vintage finds all around this light-filled loft space, with it's bank of huge for to ceiling velux windows. Our house is situated in a peaceful part of lovely Hove, we are very close to the beach (only 7 minutes walk!). There are some really lovely cafes and pubs close by too. Perfect for a weekend getaway for two. You can reach the centre of Brighton by Bus, or if you bring your bikes - a 15 minute cycle ride along the seafront. We have made sure that your studio space is completely self contained with everything guest will need. If you would like to have your breakfast in our lovely secluded garden, you are more than welcome. Just let us know the night before and we will make sure it's all set up and ready for you. We are usually here and on hand if you need us, but of course we are more than happy, if you'd like to keep yourselves to yourselves. It's your weekend and we want you to have the best possible stay! Seven minutes' walk from the beach, the neighbourhood is quiet and family-friendly. Hove has many indie shops, lovely outdoor cafes, and brilliant pubs. Brighton centre is very accessible by frequent buses, or a pleasant bike ride along the seafront. Buses are brilliant here. Frequent and stop at both ends of our road. 15 minutes into Brighton, and about 40 minutes to Worthing. Our nearest train station is 10 minutes walk, and Hove station is about 25 minutes walk from the house. We do have two dogs (a cockerpoo and a very old bearded collie) living in the house. They are very sweet and friendly but we are always sure not to let them disturb our guests.

You enter through French doors into your gorgeous Silver Room of reflections and understated sumptuous elegance . It’s contemporary but cosy and just everything is there inside to make your stay special.

Our beautiful house in a quiet Hove street 5 mins walk to the beach, 10 min by bus to Brighton with on-street parking available. Spacious & versatile room, beautifully decorated room can be twin/double or triple, on the ground floor, opposite the toilet. King size with a new Emma hybrid mattress & single bed. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Dressing gowns for guests's use so they feel comfortable when going for a shower. Desk with lamp, books Garden table & chairs outside.

The Cottage Annex Seaford

You’ll be staying a pebbles throw from from the beach and a hop skip & jump from the foot of Seaford Head which will lead you to the natural beauty of cuckmere haven, Seven Sisters & beyond. We are a 10 minute walk from Seaford town & railway station. Our beautiful Annex has everything you need to relax and get a good nights sleep ahead of your costal adventure. There is a King Size bed and a double futon , plus en-suite with Shower , fridge & tea/coffee. Breakfast can be arranged.

Rose View bed and breakfast.

This is a welcoming home in a quiet cul-de-sac off the Cliffe High street, 2 minutes walk from the beautiful South Downs. A second, larger, double room is available "Large Sunny Room with Cliffe View". These rooms share a bathroom. There is a seperate loo. You can also book the attic room which has an ensuite - Castle View, a green sanctuary. Also the whole house "Charming Victorian Terraced House", sleeps 6 can be rented. Free Parking available and continental breakfast provided.

Self check-in, so you can arrive in your most convenient time (most of the time we are here to help) Unpaid parking on the street (most of the time spaces available) Close distance to the beach and train station. Easy access to Brighton , Hove ,Worthing and London. Shops and restaurants around.

Farmhouse B&B - Orchard View Room

Beautiful 16th Century Grade II listed farmhouse with great views situated 2 miles from the centre of Henfield village. 5 minute walk from the Downs Link so ideal for walkers and cyclists. Spacious rooms, ample parking and a warm welcome. I do have dogs and am unfortunately not able to accept visitor's pets. The driveway of this mainly arable working farm is a bit bumpy in places & liable to be muddy. Breakfast is included with cream teas and dinner also available by prior booking.

Great for couples, friends, individuals on business or families with older children. Self-check in and breakfast room service. A clean, comfortable space on your own on the top floor. Close to Brighton, the universities and the Downs - a city break or walking holiday base. We're a bit further out, uphill, close to the race course, but with free parking. Walk to town is 25 mins. Near to bus stops for regular buses to town and the beach. 5-10 mins in a car from town or the station.

A bright large Double room with King size bed and anti allergenic bedding. Offering Tea & Coffee making Facilities in room. You have access to your own Private Bathroom and your own private lounge with tv for a quiet cozy night in. You are welcome to enjoy our garden and our 2 Mini Schnauzers, Mr Pip & Miss Poppy will certainly give you a warm welcome. We are a 5 min walk to the seafront, A 2 min walk to bus stops going straight into town or along coast roads.

This is my smallest room and has a wall of Disney mugs. It's at the top of the house. There is a shared shower room the floor below and towels and breakfast is included. The room has a double bed, bedside lights, television and a little hanging /storage space. Guests may use the dining room for laptop work or for preparing meals.
