Orig. from Germany, we love our little paradise on Ruth Lake and would like to share it with you. We live on the same property, there is enough room to respect each other's privacy. You are welcome to the gifts of nature and the use of kayak, canoe, fishing boat( licen.) bicycles. We are very well travelled and know exactly how nice it is to find a welcoming home away from home. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

The suite is attached to the house, but has its own exterior entrance, queen bed, bathroom with rain shower, flat screen TV & kitchenette. Sleeps 2 people. There’s no better place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine to soak in the views! We’re often frequented by eagles, deer & if you're lucky whales!

With only 2 cabins, 80m apart, enjoy your own little world. Or vacation with friends, host a wedding or family reunion! If renting both cabins, we allow RV's/tents with your party for a small fee.

A short intermediate private trail will take you down to the beach. The 560 square foot cabin is set back on the property, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca Straight.
