Farm Bungalow

Situated on a working farm a mile from the town of Selkirk makes Highfield an ideal base to explore. Highfield commands an elevated position giving panoramic views of Selkirk and the surrounding hills. Situated on The Borders Abbey Way there is easy access to excellent walking and cycling routes. For the more adventurous we are a short drive to great mountain biking routes at Innerleithen and Peebles. Melrose & Tweedbank railway station is a 10 min drive, Edinburgh is just under an hour away.

Dairy Cottage, The Haining

Dairy Cottage is set in the beautiful grounds of The Haining estate offering idyllic walks in over 160 acres of grounds on your doorstep. A real chocolate box cottage beautifully renovated to a high standard with all the convenience's of modern living. The cottage is well appointed with a log burning stove in the sitting room, a dishwasher and washer dryer, comfortable beds and its own private garden space. Within walking distance of the town centre it is the perfect retreat.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Ancient Castle above the River Tweed

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Delightful off grid shepherds hut

Built from scratch by none other than the owners themselves, the dog-friendly Tweedenburn Shepherd's Hut is more than just a labour of love; it’s also a completely off-grid hut powered by solar panels and in an excellent spot for exploring the Scottish Borders. When you’re ready for a kip, there’s a comfortable double bed for two inside the hut. Complete with a woodburning stove. Firepit/ barbecue and gas hob provided in the outdoor kitchen. All utensils provided.

Hidden gem. Cosy Shepherds Hut in idyllic farmland

Welcome to SHEP – your cosy shepherd’s hut on a vintage military lorry, nestled along an old railway line on our family farm in the Scottish Borders. Snuggle up by the wood-burning stove in winter or throw open the French doors for a summer BBQ. Ideal for couples, families or solo stays. Optional wood-fired hot tub – £70 per stay (please book in advance). Pre-light service can be requested but is not always available. Extra logs can be purchased for £15 per bag.

The Nook Cottage In The Heart Of Northumberland

Come away to nature, peace, and tranquillity at an idyllic, self-contained stone cottage nestled in the heart of Northumberland, within a short walk to the North Tyne River, two village pubs, post office, convenience mart and church. Charm can be found in the original stone walls, oak beams, woodburning stove, cosy furniture, and a king-size bed. An excellent touring base, located near Hadrian’s Wall, Roman forts, Hexham Abbey, and Kielder Water and Forest Park.

A cosy haven perfectly located to explore the Pentland Hills from but also only 6 miles from Edinburgh’s many attractions. Hike or trail run right from your front door, or head off mountain biking, wild swimming, or bird watching. Just 2 miles from the Hillend Snowsports Centre if you’re looking to practise on the dry slopes. After a full day of activities, enjoy the views from the garden or just chill inside in front of the woodburning stove.

Mamma House is a stylish and spacious apartment in the charming town of Melrose, just 40 miles from Edinburgh Castle. It features 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a super comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and Xbox One. Historic Old Sawmill Lodge

The Old Sawmill Lodge is located in the heart of the Scottish Borders’ town of Innerleithen. Built on the site of the Old Sawmill (still with its waterwheel) and adjacent to the mill lade (stream), this comfortable accommodation is surrounded by history and offers the perfect getaway. The retreat is ideal as a romantic hideaway or for cyclists, walkers and anglers. .....And Dogs are welcome.

A luxurious Shepherds Hut for two on the outskirts of the vibrant cobbled market town of Kelso. (one mile) We are lucky to be in a tranquil spot but in close proximity of A roads. Guests have their private dining area in which to enjoy the open valley view. Including picnic bench and two sun loungers. Lovely walks nearby and on and off road biking including a disused railway line.
