Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. You’ll enjoy a beautiful outside living area complete with fire pit, sitting area and front porch chairs to sip your coffee overlooking the farm. Plenty of grass & open area for your pet, small kids or just to take an evening stroll around the farm.

Unique home from late 70's w/ original baths, spiral staircase & wall to wall windows. Take a groovy step back in time-enjoy sitting in the treetops in a gated golf community. The 2 queen bedrooms & both baths feature period decor but are still luxurious & comfortable. Sleeper sofa has a 3-inch foam topper. Kitchen is fully kitted with keurig (pods, creamers, sugars), full size oven/fridge, cookware, dishes, utensils, portable dishwasher. Fishing poles provided or play a few rounds of golf.
