Featured in a host of magazines, this bucolic abode combines period features and chic, contemporary design. Ivywood cottage is medieval in age, but contemporary in design, with luxurious finishes and fine detailing. The house is in a unique rural setting and was once part of the Gawdy Hall Estate. The house sits next to a beautiful 15th century church, set within a 3 acre church yard. Glorious and plentiful Waveney Valley walks in all directions. Guests have complete privacy and run of the house, including a private garden. We respect our guest's privacy, and are on call for any advice or assistance that you may need during your visit. The cottage is a short picturesque drive from the coastal gems of Southwold and Aldeburgh. Harleston and Bungay are quintessential English towns with charming independent stores, delis, family butchers, bistro cafes, pubs, restaurants, and tea shops. It's the countryside, most people drive. Diss is the mainline station between London and Norwich and is just 15 minutes by car. Cycling is very popular and the cottage is on a regular time trial route. Buses are very reliable and the village is well serviced making it easy to hop between Suffolk and Norfolk villages. There is fabulous walking from the cottage. Located in the Waveney Valley paths such as Angles Way which follows the Waveney river valley are right on your doorstep.

We are thrilled to launch our wonderful barn conversion, The Coach House, set in the beautiful grounds of Welbeck House in Brooke. It offers a quiet & luxurious country retreat yet just 8 miles from the City of Norwich. It is an ideal location for exploring the Norfolk Broads and the stunning Norfolk Coastline or simply to relax & unwind, curling up in front of the log burner with a good book or enjoying listening to the birds and watching the wildlife from the private and enclosed back garden.

Beautifully set in an acre of gardens and orchard and surrounded by countryside, with a network of footpaths from the doorstep. Within easy reach of Norwich, the coast or the Norfolk Broads. Neighbouring villages have farm shops, cafes, garden centres, pubs, supermarkets and various take aways.

Welcome to our charming holiday barn in the picturesque village of Brooke, nestled in the heart of Norwich's beautiful countryside. This barn conversion offers the perfect escape for those seeking a taste of rural life. It boasts an open plan kitchen/living room area, large bathroom and an outdoor decking area where you can take in the scenic surroundings. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom on the mezzanine floor which is accessed using the spiral staircase.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
