The cozy loft locates in the center of the downtown Providence, surrounded by the historic art theaters, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. 3 min walking to the convention center, 10 minutes to east College hill (RISD, Brown), west Federal hill, north Train station and State capitol. Historic Downtown Arcade Condo

Historic condo in the Arcade Providence, a registered National Landmark built in 1828 as the first indoor mall in the US. This exact unit was featured on the Rachel Ray show and described as “the coolest, smallest apartment [they’ve] ever been in.” Enjoy a living area with large TV, small kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom that sleeps two. A murphy bed in the living room folds down to a twin bed. The Arcade is in the center of downtown Providence, a 5-10 min walk to Brown and RISD.

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

Comfy queen bed + sofa bed, private bath, Apple TV. Great for long-term guests and weekend visitors. Backyard, grill, laundry available but shared with house. Potential basement storage for long-term stays. Ceilings are low in places, may not be comfortable for taller than 6'.
