Cozy cottage open for Bourbon and beyond

This secluded mid century cottage is just minutes to downtown and other amenities. Located in Clifton Heights, this three bedroom, bath and a half home is inviting and cozy. Located 6 miles from two large malls, 1 mile from the new walking bridge over the Ohio River, and one and a half miles to unique shopping, nightlife and restaurants. Also, the home is only a short distance to I 71 and I 64. This makes everything convenient and accessible from this private location. The home has vintage charm with renovations for convenience. Each Bedroom has a flatscreen TV as well as a 56 inch flatscreen in the living room. There is a private front yard with gardens, seating, and a grill. There are 6-7 spaces for off street parking. The eat-in kitchen seats six, with a double oven microwave, full-size fridge, gas stove and a dishwasher. There is service for 12 including Louisville Hadley Pottery.

Our “unit” is a great place to stay. Absolutely wonderful neighborhood with beautiful historic setting, cozy, safe and quiet. Short walking distance to many restaurants, shops, coffee houses. Majestic trees line properties and homes. Downtown & NULU 4 miles. Churchill Downs 10 miles, University of Louisville is 13 miles away. Golf & swim center .25 miles this. property is duplex. Very separate accommodations! Private! If you have baby we have supplies, portable crib changing pad upon request!

Two houses were completely renovated between 2022 & 2023 and joined to make one huge property! Everything is new. It is now a 6 bed 3 bath house with 5 king beds & 7 twin beds. It can sleep 17 people comfortably with no one having to sleep on a couch. Located in St Matthews & walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in Louisville, it is less than 10 minutes from Churchill Downs and downtown. The backyard is private and has a covered patio and plenty of room for cornhole & games.
