Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. A relaxing apartment style getaway along a quiet country road with access to a spacious deck to enjoy the nature and a cup of coffee! Note you must climb a flight of stairs to the apartment, also there is a pond on the property that the host is not responsible for injuries or accidents.

Beautiful garden level apartment with a kitchenette, with the property situated on the river flowing out of Owasco Lake. You have water access just a short walk to the end of the yard and we're just a half mile from the lake. There's plenty of space to stretch out and relax.
