Just tell us with your request to book and we'll update your quote. We allow special event gatherings. Gatherings larger than 20 require an additional $50 event cleaning fee. Relax and enjoy this private cabin in a peaceful and secluded country setting but yet only 10-20 minutes from Texas A&M, restaurants and nightlife. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig coffee maker. You'll sleep great in the plush king size bed. Bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. We also provide 2 twin rollaway beds, satellite TV and washer/dryer. We have 2 very friendly dogs that live on our property but cannot accommodate guest pets. No wifi--unplug and unwind!

Only fifteen to twenty minutes from Kyle Field, and seven miles from Messina Hof Winery, you have best of both worlds. A private entrance with a carport will give you freedom to come and go. There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

Very quiet, secure neighborhood across from Traditions development entrance off of Villa Maria and less than 2 miles from TAMU campus and Kyle field and just minutes from Rellis campus. We own and manage this property and we are available at all times 24/7 via cellphone or messaging.

7F Lodge - Sully's Place

Sully's Place is our largest cabin and boasts an 80 sq. ft. dance floor and neon bar signs. Or, relax on the 9 ft. couch indoors or in the private, two-person heart-shaped Jacuzzi tub on the screened-in back porch. The cabin includes a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed and Aggie memorabilia. The private bathroom has a rustic shower “stall” without the long lines! The front porch has a relaxing porch swing and the back porch includes two rockers.

Looking for a home base for an Aggie Game Weekend or a quick getaway? Ben’s Dairy Barn is the perfect spot! Once a working milking barn on the Schehin Dairy Farm, it has been beautifully restored and transformed. Just under 10 miles from Kyle Field off Wellborn Road (FM 2154), it offers both convenience and privacy. The open-concept living and dining area leads to a cozy master bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a two-person wooden soaking tub.
