The Hay Loft sits in the middle of 43 beautiful acres, overlooking our working hay farm with stunning views of the Shenandoah Mountains. We are conveniently located near restaurants, vineyards, antiquing, battlefields, golf resorts, ski resorts and caverns. A beautiful house with incredible views! Located right on the Ski/Bike slopes of Bryce Resort (Ski-in/Ski-out). Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Four bedrooms include two Master EnSuite with private baths. The Area offers boating, fishing, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, golfing, mini-golf, caving, wineries and just relaxing. Central AC, linens & towels provided, full kitchen. Great low weekday rates. Quite hours after 11:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security.

Finn's Frolic is our charming, country tiny home. Less than 2 hours DC, Charlottesville. Beautiful farm, mountain views, deck, fire pit, charcoal grill, much more. Landscaping is in the works ! Kitchen is fully equipped, vintage & new dinner wear. Living room has an electric fireplace, huge picture window, comfy love seat. The bedroom is up traditional stairs: loft bedroom, 7 foot sloped ceiling. Great place to relax, base for visits to local wineries, attractions! Perfectly imperfect!
