The Warren is set in a small wood on the farm with indoor wood burner stove.Surrounded by farmland and plenty of wildlife, there are many walks and cycle routes. There is a cosy outdoor space to sit and relax by the fire pit or laze in wood fired hot tub. The kitchen, which is a converted horse trailer, outdoor shower, are shared with the other tent on the other side of the wood. You have your own compostable loo. There are many NT houses, Bicester Village, Cotswolds, Oxford all not far away.

Nine Acres, hottub, quiet, brackley

Nine Acres is situated by a wood just a field away from the main farm. It is surrounded by farmland and plenty of wildlife. There are many walks in and around the farm - a great place to explore on foot of bikes. Outside there is a table and chairs, firepit. The kitchen, which is a converted horse trailer and outdoor shower is shared with another tent which is situated on the other side of the wood. You have your own compostable loo and new too for 2026, you have a wood fired hot tub!
