You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. The complex itself has ample car parking, onsite amenities open April - November, outdoor children's play area and access to a path to the beach.
