Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. "My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water ten minutes drive from Falmouth Town centre, and from the beaches, all good swimming beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a private sunny garden. The village has a local food shop for those basics, If you fancy a drink we have a village pub, which offers seating outside. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access.

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

The South West Coast path is on the doorstep and neighbouring beaches Porthtowan and Perranporth are only a 5 minute drive.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
