Welcome to the Bourbon Barrel house! We are located in the city of Shepherdsville, KY. We are just 15 minutes south of Louisville, KY, 20 minutes north of Elizabethtown, KY and 30 minutes from the Blue Oval Plant in Glendale. This home would be a perfect base for the Bourbon Trail as well since we are only 10 minutes away from the Jim Beam distillery. Shepherdsville is a smaller town but we have a Super Walmart, Kroger, a ton of fast food options, and a 1.5 mile go cart track at Kart Country.

Bring your family, friends, or team to this great place with lots of room for fun. Mohammad Ali Int'l Airport is 17.7 miles, along with KY State Fair Grounds, and KY Kingdom and Hurricane Bay. Churchill Downs is 25 miles. Bernheim Forest (The Giants) is 7.6 miles. Jim Beam Distillery (The Kitchen Table) is 8 miles. Bardstown KY is 27 miles. The Whistle Stop in Glendale KY is 32 miles. Nice OLDER Apt. while I think it has charm this building was buiIt in 1900 and the walls and parts of the loft are old in this 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with Laundry Room in Bathroom. Has a Couch and Futon in the Den. Nice Large Bathroom with Shower and Tub. Full Nice Kitchen. Nice Deck with Beautiful Downtown View. Someone could sleep on the couch, but this is more definitely more suitable for 2 people. A honey hole (or honeyhole) is slang for a location that yields a valued commodity.
