A 10-minute drive from the centre of Derry, the Avish is a very spacious 18th-century farm cottage set in its own courtyard and grounds and lovingly restored. Cassie's Cottage, built in the 1800's is newly refurbished and complete with all mod cons. The cottage is located only 5 mins walk from the lovely village of Malin, which has pubs and shops around a triangular green. Malin is on the Wild Atlantic Way and has the longest stone bridge in Ireland. From Malin it is 3 miles to Culdaff Beach and 8 miles to Malin Head, the most Northerly point in Ireland and used as a location for filming Star Wars Ep VIII. Donegal's Lapland is a 15 minutes drive.

It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars.
