Open kitchen, dining/living room, woodstove, tile floors 2 bedrooms; larger with queen, smaller 2 twin beds, 2 sofa beds in living room. 2 new bathrooms, laundry room, picnic table, BBQ, access to Sinking creek, 9 acre lake to fish & 400 acre farm to explore! Secluded Stone Cabin w/ Wood-Fired Hot Tub

Peaceful retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. (Tub is still under construction. Landscaping and some final details are not finished.) Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.

Rivertown Retreat is located less than 2miles from the Jacks Fork River and a short drive to the Current. This 2 bedroom home is the perfect place to get away from the busyness of life and relax. Sit on the porch swing, grill on the BBQ or toss the frisbee around in the large yard. Whether you are in Eminence for a float trip down the river, to hike in one of the many state parks close by, to catch some trout in the river or just to relax and enjoy the Ozarks, Rivertown Retreat is here for you!

An Ozark Oasis in the middle of a working cattle ranch, this custom designed home offers deluxe comfort. With multiple decks, porches and views out every window, this home is the perfect getaway for romantic retreats, family and friends to relax and make memories, artists and writers to host workshops or retreats, or even the single person to just get away from it all. This is a one of a kind luxury treehouse that sits 20' in the air just a stone throw from the beautiful Sayersbrook lake on Spring Lake Ranch. The guests will sleep in a loft which has a California king-- you will be able to see the stars above you and the beautiful nature and lake in front of you from your bed. Private hot tub on the lower deck. There are stairs to climb so this is not suitable for small children or anyone who has medical issues with climbing a ladder to the lofted bedroom.
