Charming two bedroom, two bath bungalow built in 1925. All original wood floors. Existing bath completely remodeled with a deep antique bathtub with shower. Bathroom with a walk-in shower en suite to master bedroom which is the "Bluegrass Room". The "Sunflower Wheat Room" is slightly larger with king beds in both bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with basic cooking supplies provided. Security system with keyless entry. TV with DVD in living room and smart TV's in both bedroom & WiFi.

Welcome to Crestline Ranch, a distinctive mid-century home filled with art, books, worldly treasures and warm textiles. Discover a folksy speakeasy behind the bookcase, soak year-round in the hot tub, gather by the firepit, or enjoy cards and cocktails in the heated and cooled vintage camper. The stock tank is open March–October as a cold plunge in cooler months and a refreshing pool in summer. Primary guest must be 25+ unless they have prior positive reviews. Approved events only.

Lake View Grand House

Spacious neighborhood home just 25 min east of Wichita. Beautifully situated on Augusta Lake with an elevated view from the deck and large backside windows. Base price is for up to 10 people. Additional guests up to a total of 16, adults or children, are 20 dollars per night per person. No outside visitors allowed. Called the "Grandhouse" by the grandkids, whose grandparents designed and built the house in 1978. This clean and open space concept is great for family gatherings.

Southwestern Cottage

This house is located in North Winfield, and is just a few minute drive from the Walnut Valley Festival. It's within walking distance of Southwestern College, The Kansas Veterans Home, and Cumbernauld Village. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood with some great opportunities to see wildlife like deer and turkeys while taking short walks close by. There is a garden and a screened in porch. The screen porch has a very nice queen futon, and has a great view of the garden.
