The cabin is located next door and is not included it is a separate. No third party bookings. Because of health issues, No animals, No smoking.

Our Tiny home sits right on Center Hill Lake at Mine Lick Creek. You can hike, ski, kayak or launch your boat from directly behind the house! Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.
