Jamestown Cottage offers tranquility and privacy in equal measure. The cottage is accessed at the end of our garden, once the gate is shut you are in your own secluded space with hot tub. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!

Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. This semi rural, self contained, self catering holiday cottage is an ideal base for a UK short break on the East Lincolnshire Coast, just 15 minutes drive from Skegness, 25 mins from The beautiful Wolds and 1 hr from city of Lincoln. We take AirBnb and Private bookings only. A lot of our guests return year after year. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Property adjacent is currently being renovated but we anticipate very little impact on your stay.
