Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

The Boathouse is situated right at the lake's edge and has a full glass front, deck with a grill to take advantage of unbeatable sunset views. You will also have a private dock and canoe. Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

The Kingdom A-Frame

Whether you're looking for a home base for a biking or hiking adventure, or a peaceful getaway, The Kingdom A-Frame is truly a heaven we want to share with you. We have meticulously decorated each room to make the space unique and comfortable. Built in 1968, our a-Frame is located minutes away from the Kingdom Trails, Burke Mountain, Lake Willoughby, and across the street from the VAST trail. With picturesque views from our street, and all the amenities, you may never want to leave the aframe.

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 25

Rustic Timber Framed Cabin - Kingdom Trails

Rustic, off grid (no electricity) timber framed cabin nestled in the hills 5 minutes from Kingdom Trails mountain bike network and Burke Mountain bike park! Our cabin sits in a meadow surrounded by wildflowers and adjacent to a small apple orchard. You'll have beautiful views of Burke Mountain with a short walk up the hill and 38 acres to explore. We have an outdoor fire pit, lawn games and a composting toilet close by. Come enjoy this magical place with your friends and family!

The Kirby Hideaway

Close to restaurants, family activities, nightlife, and the beach. Gorgeous mountainous views, private space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business, families, and furry friends. It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. Second security camera is facing the front of house and parking lot.

Razzle's Cabin trailside

Razzle's cabin is on the Kingdom Trails! Right out the front door is the Coronary Bypass trail that connects to the entire network! Minutes from Burke Mountain! It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!

The Outpost Treehouse is a beautifully handcrafted retreat, nestled amongst the evergreens atop Spaulding Mtn. Located .5 mile from Stephen Huneck Gallery/Dog Mountain, 3 miles from the historic Town of St. Johnsbury, in the heart of Vermont’s North East Kingdom. Mountain Bikers are just over 10 miles to The Hub at Kingdom trails, 15 miles to Burke Mtn ski and bike park, and we are 2 exits north I 93 from Littleton & White Mtn’s NH!

This magical Lodge is on 100 acres of farmland with an amazing view of the White Mountains of NH and multiple amenities. It is operated on solar power with a backup generator. Welcome to The Cabin! This cozy, rustic cabin is a part of 85 private acres in Danville, VT, just up the road from The Forgotten Village at Greenbank’s Hollow. Perched at the crest of a 12 acre pasture, enjoy both local and long range views of the Presidential Range. Trails lead you in various directions throughout the woods. The Cabin is a place to breathe deep, enjoy nature, and simply get away from it all!
