Very large and private backyard A few steps to bakery and best fish and chip shop on the south coast means no cooking required although full kitchen and BBQ at your home if required The lake is great for swimming, SUP boarding, boating and fishing (boat ramp nearby) and a 5 min walk to pristine Burrill Beach. Our holiday home has a new kitchen and bathroom as well as new carpets and flooring. It has a large flat, fully enclosed front and backyard with plenty of off street car, boat and caravan parking This property consists of three bedrooms with possibility of sleeping 8 guests. Property also offers front and rear undercover patios. Toys, books and high chair available on request. The outdoor laundry has a second fridge, bath/shower and an outside toilet. There are 2 bikes a kayak and canoe for use.

A headland sunrise & dip, climb Pigeon House, explore vineyard, siesta, cards, board games, sunset on deck, local wine, antipasto, BBQ or wine bars, music, restaurants.
