Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Available for single night stays. Discounts on 3+ nights bookings.

This 2 bedroom ground floor maisonette is close to the City centre, train and coach stations. Enjoy peace and quiet at this stylish place in the leafy suburb of Lady Bay West Bridgford. Park your car on the road in front of the flat. The apartment has been recently renovated and it has everything you will need, as well as the outdoor space. Converted in 2017 from a small barn (circa 1850), the self-contained studio combines character with tasteful furnishings. TOTAL REFURBISHMENT MAY 2025 with new kitchenette, flooring, carpet, wood panelling. Separate from the main house with security gates and 24 hour CCTV, providing parking, an outdoor seating area and views over the paddock of sheep and free range chickens. Upton is a small village, two miles from Southwell, with country walks and a local pub serving hot food.

The Little Old Barn (TLOB) is a cosy self-contained annexe ATTACHED to our home set in the picturesque village of WOODBOROUGH, surrounded by the beautiful Nottinghamshire Countryside with excellent road links to both NOTTINGHAM & NEWARK. Belonging once to the house next door where William LEE invented the Stocking Frame in 1589. Ideally situated within minutes of the village pubs and beautiful countryside walks it is close to many local attractions & wedding venues.

Set in the Vale of Belvoir between Cropwell Bishop and Colston Bassett a self contained annex is offered. The house lies 20 minutes from the historic town of Newark, Nottingham and Melton Mowbray and is ideally placed for a day out exploring Belvoir Castle or Holme Pierrepont Country Park (a major water sport centre). The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.

Within walking distance to local amenities, village pubs and beautiful countryside, walks and bicycle paths alongside the river only minutes away. Additional single camp bed and travel cot available if required.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
