Our bright basement flat benefits from its own private staircase and small outdoor patio area. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, and just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. There are lovely field paths to explore, and our wonderful local pub within an easy walk, as well as the pretty little town of Eye two miles up the road with its castle and independent shops. The stunning Suffolk Coast is less than an hour away, as are the cities of Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.

You can watch rabbits, deer and birds from the large gable window and star gazing is a must. It is located above SmallTown coffee shop and bakery on the High Street in the centre of Clare, Suffolk's smallest town. Clare's pubs, cafés, excellent independent shops and country park complete with castle ruins are all within easy walking distance and the town makes an excellent base for exploring further afield in this pretty corner of Suffolk.
