Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

The perfect place to relax after a day in the hills or the surrounding area. The Pentland Cosy nestles at the foot of the Pentland hills regional park. A self-contained one-bedroom lodge, the Cosy is tucked away a few metres from waymarked walks. Available all year round it’s ideal for walkers and lovers of the great outdoors. Also conveniently located just 9 miles from Edinburgh. We’re situated close to the A702 making us a convenient stop over if you’re traveling up or down the country.

Entire cosy apartment on The Royal Mile

Our beautiful, sun filled, cosy apartment dates from the late 18th Century, and is situated on the historic Royal Mile which stretches from Edinburgh Castle to The Palace of Holyrood. It is in an ideal location to explore our wonderful city. It is situated on the third floor and on one side has superb views of the Edinburgh landscape such as Calton Hill with its eclectic collection of monuments, on the other the Royal Mile itself - a great place to watch the pageantry at Festival time.

Flat in quiet neighborhood with good bus links

You will have the entire flat for use by yourself as I will likely be out of the city however there will be one room out of bounds (my own bedroom.) Only one guest is allowed in the property at any one time. This is to do with with licensing and insurance purposes and any guests found in breech of these rules will have their stay cancelled. No loud noise or parties in the flat. There is free parking on site and a bus stop around the corner with good links to the city centre and Leith.

Spacious, self-contained annex near Edinburgh

Barleydean Suite is situated in a private annex in a country house. At the edge of the Pentland Hills, you can hike from your front door, wander to the local pub or take a bus to Edinburgh. The suite has private access for guests. It has 1 bedroom with a super king-size bed for 2 guests. Up to 2 foldaway single beds can be provided on request. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. There is a kitchenette suitable for light cooking, with hob, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, and washing machine.

Ellwyn Garden Apartment

A smart 1 bedroomed apartment on the ground floor of a traditional detached property, situated in the town of Penicuik, 9 or 10 miles from the city centre of Edinburgh. This is the perfect location for hill walkers, outdoor enthusiasts or people who simply prefer to stay somewhere a little more quiet and relaxed, but with the added benefit of being close to the city. Self contained flat with one double bedrooms, bathroom, comfortable lounge, with a sofa bed and well equipped kitchen.

Dalmore House Annexe sits on the outskirts of Auchendinny and is part of a large Victorian Mansion 20 mins South of Edinburgh. You'll have the entire North Wing of the house to yourself which has its own private entrance. The property been tastefully refurbished whilst maintaining its period features. The building which is over 2 floors consists of large living room with sofabed & dining table, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, hall and 2 large double bedrooms with Kingsize beds.

We're at the foot of the Pentland Hills. 5 minutes walk to bus stop for Edinburgh (30 - 40 min ride). Or a 25 minute drive. 15 - 20 min drive to Edinburgh airport. Traffic free cycle path to Edinburgh. Shared garden and boot and utility room. Electric car charging at cost.

Private apartment in modern farmhouse

Relax in a modern home on our 20 hectare (50 acre) working organic farm just a few miles south of the Edinburgh city bypass. The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.
