Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

Welcome to my mid-century home.... Enjoy the comforts of my place while you explore Colorado. Located just 10 blocks from the B-line to Downtown Denver Union Station. By car, travel one hour to Loveland Ski Resort, 20 minutes to Downtown Denver, Boulder or Redrocks. Private entrance with kitchenette, living space, comfy queen bed & fun under the stairs bed for kids. We live upstairs & you will hear us walking around if we're home & not working or traveling.

Our place is located at the popular Denver Tech Center area. It is a guest suite adjacent to our main home. It has its own entrance and is located on the main level (not basement). We recently renovated it to make it look modern, chic and cozy. It has a queen size bed and an additional queen size (pullout) sleeper. The kitchen is equipped with a medium size refrigerator, cook top, dishwasher and a convection microwave oven. License #STR-000274-2025

However, the lower unit is completely private and has it’s own entrance - backyard is shared.
