Our cozy studio with a private entrance is located in a quiet neighborhood, 1 mile from East Matunuck State Beach and within walking distance of one of the most popular farm/pond-to-table restaurant-Matunuck Oyster Bar. Enjoy the local restaurants, walk along our beautiful beach, visit Block Island, Newport, Watch Hill or Mystic. We are 15 minutes from the University of RI - Enjoy a sports event or visit with your children or friend.

East Chop Cottage - walk to lighthouse & beach!

This quaint little cottage is located in the heart of East Chop, a neighborhood of Oak Bluffs. East Chop features the high, prominent bluffs that gave Oak Bluffs its name. A lighthouse, East Chop Light, stands at the north end of the chop on Telegraph Hill- only a five minute walk from the cottage. The cottage is a twelve minute walk to the harbor, and about a mile from the Oak Bluffs ferry! There is a public beach about 1/2 mile down the road. ***This space is not suitable for children

Ensuite bath with new towels,robes,linens,and bedding. Outdoor shower ( in addition to an indoor one!) ,grill,lounging area. Near beaches,music,food, Mystic Ct attractions. Great relaxing venue.

Valentine's Day! How about booking a couple of away days for a Valentine surprise gift! I will throw in some helium balloons and a little extra for a cake. But book NOW! Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
