Classic little Cape cottage in an ideal location. Less than ten minute drive to amazing ponds and bayside or ocean beaches. Views of the harbor from the large sunny deck with attached outdoor shower. Ten minute walk into town along Duck Creek marsh & over scenic Uncle Tim’s Bridge. Visit the shops & galleries, have lunch or grab a drink at one of the many restaurants in town. Walk to the fish market and come home grill dinner on the deck. 15 minutes bike ride to the closest ocean beach.

East Chop Cottage - walk to lighthouse & beach!

This quaint little cottage is located in the heart of East Chop, a neighborhood of Oak Bluffs. East Chop features the high, prominent bluffs that gave Oak Bluffs its name. A lighthouse, East Chop Light, stands at the north end of the chop on Telegraph Hill- only a five minute walk from the cottage. The cottage is a twelve minute walk to the harbor, and about a mile from the Oak Bluffs ferry! There is a public beach about 1/2 mile down the road. ***This space is not suitable for children

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Cottage in Fairhaven, perfect for a vacation for a small family, a romantic getaway or a home away from home if you are in the area for business. Enjoy all a vacation has to offer. During warmer weather, walk to the public beach and boat ramp - swim, sun, boat. Spend evenings by the outdoor fireplace. When it is cold out side, enjoy parks, museums, arts and cultural events, with evenings spent enjoying hot chocolate in front of the gas stove as the fire blazes providing a cozy warmth.

Kayaks and Glimpses of Westport Bay

Stay in a lovely and comfortable cottage with partial views of the bay. The water is just a short walk away past our neighbor with shared access to the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

From relaxing on the deck with a beautiful view, to kayaking and canoeing, or swimming in the summer, there is much fun and peaceful relaxation to do at the cottage. Also, it's just a 10 minute drive to Mystic, wineries, orchards, the shoreline, restaurants, and 5 minutes to Foxwoods casino.

This cozy cottage is located on a private 42 acre, spring fed, crystal clear private pond. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or fishing from the dock or just relax on the deck overlooking the pond. Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and trundle bed in the 4 season room. There is good fishing and canal cruises, cafes and restaurants close by and a summer concert series in park. Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage

On the Beach Cottage in Fairhaven

Enjoy your own private beach at our comfortable Beach Cottage. Hop on the local bike rentals to the nearby soda shop for snacks and treats. Or throw a line in for the days fresh catch. Spend some time relaxing on the back deck overlooking the saltwater marsh. After a day of searching for Sea glass and building sand castles on your own beach you will fall right asleep to the sounds and smells of the ocean right outside your bedroom patio doors. Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join
