Immerse yourself in nature's melodies from goats, roosters, and birds. Glamping at its finest awaits you!

Peaceful Cottage - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Our comfortable and quiet guest cottage is set among Ponderosa pines in the Sierra Nevada foothills, 15 minutes from more than 40 Shenandoah Valley wineries. Private tastings can be arranged. The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. About 50 mins to ski areas. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. EV charging is available - additional fee. The deck is great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.

Country Studio Charm - Yosemite Gateway

This sweet, studio apartment features a large kitchen, with all the essentials. One bathroom and one comfy queen bed. This little gem is tucked away on a three acre parcel, in a quiet country setting, nestled on a tree studded hill. Nearby destinations include Yosemite National Park, Big Trees, Dodge Ridge, Columbia Historic State Park, Historic Downtown Sonora, Ironstone Vineyards, New Melones Lake, Pinecrest Lake, Moaning Cavern, Natural Bridges and other popular Gold Country destinations.

Guest House Mountain Retreat

The perfect place to getaway or to “work at home” away from home in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, minutes away from Jackson and Sutter Creek. Relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the valley in your own 1150 sq. foot 2-bedroom guest house complete with a full kitchen, living room with a wood stove fireplace, smart TV, WiFi, desk, private bath and deck with a grill. Relax by the private pool during the summer months 10AM-7PM. You will be surrounded by nature, peace & quiet.

The fall colors are spectacular for a hike up scenic Highway 88! Our apartment is located under our main house, with its own keyless private entrance. You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. Amador County is rich in gold mining history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit. If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 1/2 from Tahoe)

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft walk from the room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

Come enjoy this rustic cottage surrounded by nature on our 114 acre homestead in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Peaceful private forest setting. Enjoy energizing walks, star gazing with the telescope, or our waterfall! Kids love our toys, obstacle course, trampoline, tetherball, basketball, and more! Try your luck panning for gold - Finders Keepers! As for snow, we get the best of both worlds. We get snow, but we don't get buried in it. Message me for latest snow conditions.
