Hilltop Guesthouse #1

Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Tiny House with shared bathroom

This is a small house right next to our home with a shared bathroom inside our main house. Fifty years ago, it was the "milk house" where milk from the farm was stored before it went to town, but these days it's a cozy, tiny home. The space works well for couples and solo adventurers. We love kids too if you feel like you can squish in! Enjoy Vermont on a dirt road surrounded by nature & amazing views, yet close to Goddard College, the city of Montpelier, Barre Granite Quarries, Cabot Creamery.

Pets stay Free. Pet sitting available for an added Fee. Situated on 3.75 open and wooded acres with a pond. Located in farm country, 12 miles from amenities in Littleton, NH. Lots of room to relax in, gather with family & friends. The outdoors offer a huge walk out Deck, giant Fire Pit & relaxing Hot Tub. Inside you’ll find 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 people. A cooks (happy place) kitchen. A large living room with a fireplace & direct access to the walk out deck with breathtaking views.

Farm Stay in Burke at Firefly Farm

By staying at Firefly Farm in the Northeast Kingdom, you get to experience a connection with the earth, be part of the community and ride the trails. Our guest house is small (120 sq ft), cozy, and the perfect place to set up base for exploring. Though small in size, the space includes a table that converts into a bed, a bed above the table, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a full sized shower. Stay with us and enjoy the beauty of the Northeast Kingdom! We do not charge any cleaning fees.

Guesthouse

Small guesthouse with a full kitchen. Three beds, a queen bed, a full futon (very comfortable) and a full IKEA sleep sofa. There is a full bath with a shower and a large front porch. Bedroom has two spaces with a divider. There is split for AC, a propane stove and hot water heat. Ample space for a family with children, three couples or three singles. Views of Burke. Owners house is next door. Rental fee for 4 guests. Additional fee of $25 per person for 5 or 6. Cleaning, fees, taxes extra

The Barn

This is a sweet, private, timber-frame barn apartment with lots of light, character and creature comforts. It's warm and cozy in the winter and cool and airy in Summer. With a view of our garden and apple trees, you are close to lakes, streams, mountain hikes and some of the best cycling and cross-country skiing in Vermont. A quarter mile walk gets you to Peacham Village and it's lovely Cafe. Groton State Forest and the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail are so close. Hope to see you!

Northwoods Guest Cabin

Welcome to this beautifully crafted post & beam guest house in East Craftsbury. Lovely forest views, a running stream out back. Although 1 small dog is generally fine, please read further about the pet policy. Check in 3pm. Check out 11am and please park in designated spot. Experience all that Craftsbury and the Northeast Kingdom has to offer: Museum of Everyday Life, Bread & Puppet Museam, Craftsbury Outdoor Center, Highland Center of the Arts, hikes, cross-country skiing!

Come enjoy a quiet get-a-way in beautiful Peacham, Vermont. Willow Brook Cabin is a newly restored log cabin on the edge of the woods. Large deck, outdoor shower and easy access to field walks and back country roads. Many lakes for kayaking. Great biking in the area. There is no full kitchen, simply a fridge,microwave and coffee/tea maker. Water is very pure and drinkable.
