Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, The Annexe. Situated about a 20 minute walk to the historic market town of St. Ives, with the Great river Ouse. Perfect for walks, cycling, fishing and boating. With The Norris Museum , Thicket walk and Holt Island nature reserve are just a few activities available. A good selection of restaurants and coffees shops plus a Waitrose supermarket in town. A 2 minutes walk to the guided busway stop – which get’s you to central Cambridge (40 minutes).

Our guest studio is a bright, comfortable space with it's own private entrance comprising of a kitchen, bedroom, ensuite and guests' decking area. We are in the historic market town of St Neots on the River Great Ouse. We have a lovely, big park just across the road - beautiful in every season. - An ideal base for visiting Cambridge (by car or bus). - Train station only 5-10 mins walk (London 50-60m, Peterborough, 20m) - Town centre 20-30m walk across the lovely park

Private bathroom, kitchen & bedroom +2bicycles

You will enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. 2 bicycles included in the price (to borrow). We will provide towels and basic cooking essentials. The house is based in a very quiet area but still with easy access to the centre of town and to science Park. Cambridge North railway station is less than a mile away. We always clean properly however the property has old wooden floors which may look a bit shabby. The annexe was built in the 90s.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
