On quiet street very close to buses, shops, restaurants, 24-hour supermarkets, a small park (Cantelowes Gardens). It is my home. Helpful neighbours who will be happy to meet you. Very close to Camden Lock Market, the famous Owl bookshop, some fabulous cafes, delicatessens (Middle Eastern, Italian, Portugese, Mediterranean) and a 15-minute walk from Hampstead Heath. My flat has lots of books about London (and much else), maps, recommendations re local restaurants, pubs, music. There is a great health centre (two pools, gym, exercise classes) 5-minutes' walk from the flat. My place is spacious and bright and feels welcoming--people always feel at home here.

Camden is home to the famous Market and Lock. Kings Cross / St Pancras is a short (15 mins) walk away, and has most of the main tube lines as well as the Eurostar and main line rail services. Camden Road Overground and Camden Town tube are 5 - 10 mins walk away. There are also two bus routes on the doorstep taking you to Islington Angel, Camden and the West End.
