Come enjoy a stay in our beautiful modern camper located in the quaint country. With this property located in the country you get to enjoy the beautiful calmness of nature while still very close to Bryan/College Station(45 minutes) as well as Franklin (20 minutes). Whether you are just going dancing at J5 Pasture Palace ( .7 miles) or have an event in Bryan (34 miles) or are visiting Texas A&M University (41 miles) all of these are just a short distance away. Mobile home is completely furnished with towels, dishes, pots & pans, coffee pot, toaster, etc. Pretty much everything you need for your stay.

This beautifully restored 2 bedroom home from the early 1900's has all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Conveniently located in downtown Franklin, with a coffee shop and donut shop both next door. Close proximity to the Franklin Ranch Park and the Franklin Drive Through Safari and walking distance to everything throughout downtown Franklin.

WE ARE ALSO LESS THAN A MILE TO THE MALL AND MANY RESTAURANTS. ENJOY THE PEACEFUL POND OUTSIDE YOUR BEDROOM DOOR OR THE LARGE PICNIC AREA. OUR GUESTS LOVE TO WATCH THE DUCKS ON THE POND.
